These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Games Galaxy website, subscription pages, game content, verification flow, and related digital entertainment services collectively referred to as the "Service".
By using the Service, entering your mobile number, or confirming a subscription with an SMS PIN/OTP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service or complete the subscription process.
Important Subscription Notice
Games Galaxy is a paid subscription-based digital entertainment service.
Access is activated by entering your mobile number and confirming the subscription using an SMS PIN/OTP where required. Charges are billed through your mobile operator account or deducted from your mobile balance.
The subscription renews automatically according to the applicable billing period unless cancelled.
Current Saudi Arabia pricing:
- STC prepaid customers: 2 SAR / day
- STC postpaid customers: 69 SAR / month
- Zain customers: 7.5 SAR per week
- Mobily customers: 7.5 SAR per week
- Virgin Mobile customers: 3-day free trial, then 7 SAR per week
Prices include VAT where applicable. For prepaid customers, VAT may be collected when recharging the balance.
You can cancel the subscription at any time using the operator-specific cancellation instructions provided in these Terms and on the subscription page.

2. About the Service
Games Galaxy provides access to an online game library and related digital entertainment content during an active subscription.
The Service may include casual, arcade, logic, board, sport, car, shooting, jump and run, seasonal, multiplayer, mobile, and other game-related content.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.
Available content may vary depending on country, operator, device, browser, subscription status, and technical availability.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be 18 years old or older, or have permission from your parent, guardian, or the person authorized to pay the mobile bill.
By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number submitted and approve charges to the related mobile account or balance.
4. Subscription Activation
Before confirming the subscription, you should review the information displayed on the subscription page, including:
- service name;
- mobile operator;
- subscription price;
- billing frequency;
- free trial availability;
- automatic renewal terms;
- cancellation method;
- applicable taxes or VAT;
- SMS PIN/OTP confirmation method.
To subscribe, you may be required to enter your mobile number, receive and confirm an SMS PIN/OTP, and complete the operator billing activation flow.
After successful confirmation, access to the Service may be activated and charges may apply according to the displayed billing terms.
5. Pricing, Billing and Free Trial
Games Galaxy is billed through your mobile operator where applicable.
The price, billing frequency, taxes, free trial availability, and service availability may vary by operator, country, billing provider, or service configuration.
The billing terms shown in the relevant subscription flow at the moment of activation apply to your subscription.
For the current Saudi Arabia flow, Virgin Mobile customers receive a 3-day free trial, after which the subscription renews at 7 SAR per week, unless cancelled.
Free trials or introductory offers apply only where specifically displayed before subscription confirmation.
6. Automatic Renewal
Games Galaxy is a recurring subscription service.
Where stated in the subscription flow, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Recurring charges may continue according to the applicable billing period until you cancel the subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable operator or billing provider process.
7. Cancellation and Unsubscribe
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method applicable to your operator.
Current Saudi Arabia cancellation methods:
- STC customers: send U 2 to 801941
- Zain customers: send U 2 to 705720
- Mobily customers: send U 168 to 602002
- Virgin Mobile customers: send U1 to 300365
Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already applied for the current billing period, unless required by applicable law or operator rules.
If you have difficulty cancelling, contact [email protected] and include your mobile number, operator, country, approximate subscription date, and a short description of the issue.
8. Refunds and Billing Issues
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, charges already applied may be non-refundable.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact [email protected] with enough information to identify your subscription, such as mobile number, operator, country, billing date, and description of the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service accessible and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
Service availability may depend on device compatibility, browser compatibility, operator support, network connection, market availability, subscription status, billing provider availability, maintenance, and legal or compliance requirements.
We may suspend, limit, update, or modify access where reasonably necessary for technical, security, operational, billing, operator, or legal reasons.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or without authorization;
- interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service;
- misuse the subscription, PIN/OTP, or operator billing flow;
- use bots, scripts, scraping, or automated abuse;
- bypass access controls or subscription restrictions;
- copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Service content without permission.
We may restrict access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or these Terms have been violated.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, text, graphics, game-related materials, interface elements, software elements, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Inspiritum Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
Use of the Service does not transfer ownership rights to you.
You may access and use the Service only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes during an active subscription.
12. Third-Party Services and Operators
The Service may involve third parties, including mobile operators, billing providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, technical infrastructure providers, content delivery providers, and service partners.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, operator portals, billing systems, network issues, or services not owned or controlled by us.
Your use of such third-party environments may be subject to their own terms, policies, billing rules, and technical requirements.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
To operate the Service, we may process information such as mobile number, SMS PIN/OTP verification data, IP address, browser and device data, country and operator information, subscription status, billing status, support request information, and technical logs.

14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, browser, network, country, or operator, or that all games, features, or content categories will always remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiritum Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, device or network incompatibility, operator billing issues outside our reasonable control, inability to access the Service due to third-party systems, or temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
16. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for legal, commercial, technical, operational, security, or compliance reasons.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
